In 2019, a dear friend and collaborator requested our help and that of a new builder to take on the challenge of completing a previously left unfinished home (2014-2018) in the slopes of Westlake Hills, TX. We re documented everything from scratch and began building a new vision upon what was already there: raw concrete, a permitted general plan [by others], and a whole lot of unfinished steel. No details... We moved forward respecting the previous design Intent, and added value by placing special attention to transitioning details and finish. Our services included: Architecture, Interior Design, and ad hoc visionary magic. This program of over 5,000 SQFT. includes a main house, a guest house, outdoor areas, and a cantilevered pool for enjoyment of views.
